How much of your sense of worth has been tied to people, places, and things?

In this episode, we explore the subtle attachments that shape our identity and influence whether we feel worthy, loved, successful, or enough. From relationships and careers to possessions, titles, and even spiritual identities, attachments can quietly become the lens through which we measure our value.

Together, we'll examine how these external anchors can keep us seeking validation outside ourselves—and how releasing unhealthy attachments can open the door to greater freedom, authenticity, and inner peace.

This isn't about detaching from life or the people you love. It's about discovering the difference between loving without clinging and living without defining your worth by what you have, where you are, or who approves of you.

If you've ever wondered why letting go feels so difficult, or why your worth seems to rise and fall with your circumstances, this conversation is for you.

As always, take what resonates, question everything, and trust the wisdom of your own inner knowing.

So today on Truth Resonates podcast, I'm going to touch on something that has been coming up over and over again with the individuals that I have been working with, and it's one eleven on the clock. Um as you as a spiritual being start to navigate your own ascension path, I see that it develops a byproduct of reconciliation with what we've learned, what we've been taught, things that have been projected onto us, and our gnosis, our inner truth, that inner knowledge that rises up. That's the energy that pushes back on the matrix norms, the societal expectations. So the topic is attachments. And how do your attachments, whether you intend them or not, guide your own concept of your worthiness, your value? So many struggle to reconcile that that current position in life because we're told you have to do this to get this. You have to get the degree. When you get the degree, then you're going to get the job. When you get the job, then you can get the house. When you get the house, then you can get the relationship. You got to have all this stuff in place and really be quote unquote perfect to be a good, viable, productive citizen in life. Well, that was the that was the tagline 50 years ago, and that no longer is proven to be true. How many people do you know that are out of work with degrees? Master's degrees. A master's degree is as commonplace now as bachelor's degrees used to be. So people that have bachelor's degrees are quite literally your DoorDash driver or working at any, you know, entry-level position because that's that's all they can get. So you've got the boomers looking down at people struggling right now, trying to compare it today to what it was for them then. And it's absolutely not the same. It's not the same. The value of the dollar is not the same. The benefit packages that we are offered when we go to work is not the same. Uh, the culture at work is not the same, and the value of our time is certainly not the same. So that in itself creates an environment, a container where you're already struggling to identify where you fit in this world. You already likely feel like you don't fit in, and you probably feel like you never fit in if you're listening to me. And that means you weren't supposed to. I'm gonna just let you off the hook right now. Stop trying to fit in to a box that you were never intended to live within. That box was not made for you. Yes, there are some that are quite comfortable inside those boxes, but it is not for you. So many people ask me, I just don't know what my purpose is. I want to know what my purpose here is in this life. Why do I have to suffer? Why do I have to go through all these trials? Why do I have to have all these lessons? And the short answer is you chose it. But the deeper answer is you chose an aspect of the life that you're living right now. You really co-create it and you co-create it with other beings that you have zero control over. So you have to be willing to see that it doesn't go exactly as you planned it because someone else's free will choice has now flowed into your path, and you have to go with that flow. Around it, over it, under it, through it, however you choose to do it, because otherwise you're letting their free will choice stop yours. And that's like the dance of life, right? So the truth is that you're worthy when you enter this life and take your first breath. You're worthy already when you're in your mother's womb. You're worthy of love, you're worthy of safety, you are deserving of a relationship that is direct to creator. But as soon as you come into the world, many people are told, oh, you're born of original sin that does not exist, by the way. That is a religious construct to keep people in a low vibrational state of feeling unworthy, of having shame, of feeling guilt, of blame and judgment. So your value comes from within your own being. It doesn't come from any type of position or label or bank balance or type of house you have or business success or any kind of stuff. We arrive in this life with worth and worthiness of love, abundance, respect, and compassion. Period. That's the whole sentence. There is no original sin and there is no predetermined level of suffering that anyone has to endure in order to be worthy of creator's relationship with you. That is absolute bullshit. So while you're working on your land, while you're processing whatever it is that you're processing, you may feel this niggling in the back of your mind, this little voice, this little maybe it's something that's on repeat. And this is what happened to me the other day. I was cutting the grass and I had some sweet people here that are doing our um pollinator garden landscaping. And we had had some conversations, and I had some conversations with other people recently, and it really does tether to the same concept of value, worthiness, and deserving of that. And my sole grandmother is White Buffalo Calf Woman. You've probably heard me speak about that before, unless you're here for the first time. And if you are, welcome. But she likes to speak to me when I'm out working with the land. And when anytime I'm outside, there's usually some dialogue going on. And this is basically what she said. Humanity tends to assign their value based on material things, and this is reinforced by the material world cage created by the demiurge, the false god. Those are meant to keep men and women feeling unworthy, their light dimmed down and small until they make it in the material world. And that carrot always seems to move, doesn't it? That's my ad lib on what she's telling me. Back to White Buffalo Calfwoman. The truth is your worth, your value is never determined by any material object. You're always worthy of creator's love. Your value is never determined by outward abundance and riches. It is always the inner abundance and riches of spirit. The best way to reconcile the material world is to separate your needs from your wants. The seven natural needs are air, water, sleep, rest, food, shelter, creativity, and a meaningful relationship. Everything else are wants. Now, if you feel like doing this exercise, you make a list of your wants, things that you currently have, or things that you're working super hard for, things that are really taking a lot of your energy, and you put all those wants on a list, and you take them one by one, whether it be car, job, home, jewelry, positions, labels, promotions, and you mourn them as if they are no longer for you. You mourn them as if you had your hand on it and someone took it from you. You mourn it like you will never, ever have it gone, lost forever. And you ask yourself, how would I feel? How does it change me? How does it make life easier or not? How do I feel blessed or burdened? How do I find new ways to work and live without them? How does that shape how I see myself? How does that shape how other people see me? Do I care what other people think of me? All of these things are topics to dive into for your shadow work. And this is an exercise, when done authentically, that should shift your lens and your perspective of stuff, needs versus wants. The morning after you do these exercises, it doesn't matter if it takes you a day, a week, a month, a year. I definitely don't want you to live in shadow work veil for the rest of your life, but it depends on how many wants you have on your list on how long it takes you to go through them. But the morning after, when you wake up, I ask that you do one simple thing. As soon as you're consciously aware, ask in your mind, what is it you want me to know? That is whenever I can typically get a direct conversation with Archangel Michael. And I'm typically shown or told things that my conscious brain would not truly be open to. Then I slowly wake up and I give gratitude. I literally give gratitude for things that most of us take for granted. And this started years ago, whenever I realized that I was trying to base my happiness on what other people brought to my life, whenever I had things in my life I could be happy about. So when you open your eyes, this is what I do. I go, I'm grateful that I can see. I'm grateful that I have vision. I put my feet on the floor to go to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. And I say, I'm grateful my legs are strong enough to carry me and no one has to take me to the bathroom. And when I get there, I say, I am grateful that I have teeth that require brushing. Like literally, I give gratitude for every single thing that if I did not have them, my life would be severely impacted. But I do no longer take them for granted. I used to. So when you have that shift in perspective, that energy gets interjected into your energy body, and that flows out through your aura. And you're you share gratitude, you share happiness, you share joy just because you woke up connecting to a true emotion of I can see, and some people are blind, I can walk, and some people are paralyzed, I can brush my teeth, and some people have none, and their food has to be pureed. So when we heal the wound of lack, those wounds of lies like original sin and unworthiness and requirements of suffering that are completely false, it lifts away the weight of those low vibrational and low consciousness feelings. And the byproduct of that is your frequency rises immediately. If you take the weight off of something that has been weighing something down, it literally will rise. Our energy is no different, our frequency is no different. We are all energy. This allows you to ascend and expand beyond the material cage, beyond that box that society and culture have tried very, very hard to keep you in. And that actual higher frequency and consciousness that knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that you've always been worthy and you've always been loved and you've never been alone. That's the stuff your life can come into contact with, and you know it in your spirit. You know it in your body, in your bone, in your heart. You've never been alone. That's why, whenever I first make my first awakening moments and I connect with Archangel Michael, I know I was never alone. He's they're always with me, waiting for me to connect with them. The stuff of your life can come and go without your value or your worth changing at all. The creator has always known that you're worthy of love. So, my question to you is: do you now know that you're worthy of love?
